Attorneys retain Certified Industrial Hygienists to assist in the preparation of a legal case.  This may include review of documents, collection of samples to evaluate claims, preparation of reports for submittal as a part of trial preparation and participation in the legal process as an expert witness in reference proceedings or trial. Often, the case may entail the review/summary of large quantities of data.
